Keep Michigan Beautiful, Inc. annually recognizes programs and activities that substantially contribute to environmental improvement, clean up, beautification, site restoration and historical preservation. Our awards are: The President's Plaque, (our highest award); The Michigan Plaque;
The Distinguished Service Plaque and The Award of Merit.

These awards are given in the following categories:

• City, County or State Government
• Community Group
• School or Youth Group
• Business
• An Individual Person

The Nomination Form for awards is available here online for download, or from the KMB Office, PO Box 23215, Lansing, MI 48909. Anyone may place in nomination a project, program or person from any of the above categories. The Nomination Form may be copied.
