The Distinguished Service Plaque Award:
Belle Fountain Nursing & Rehab Center, Riverview, MI
The Belle Fountain Nursing & Rehabilitation Center was formerly a nursing facility that was about to be closed. Charles Dunn purchased the center and began renovations in 2007. The 2.5 million dollar project added a new facade with attractive columns and an entrance porte cochere. Paving, landscaping and gardens and a pleasing new sign add to the new look. The facility has won a City of Riverview beautifkation certificate.
