Keep Michigan Beautiful, Inc. is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of no more than 50 members, eleven of whom may serve on the Executive Committee. The Board meets four times a year, the Executive Committee meets monthly. An annual general membership meeting is held in the fall. This general meeting takes place in a different location in the state each year.
