Veterans Memorial Pointe—City of Rochester Hills

Veterans Memorial Pointe is a civic focal point in Rochester Hills built entirely by volunteers with donated funds. It is located on a 5 acre parcel on the southeast corner of Livernois and Avon roads, visible to everyone driving by. This citizen-driven project includes a granite monument with park benches for reflection, a gazebo nestled in a stand of mature trees, a wooden pedestrian bridge over the Clinton River, flag poles representing the branches of our Armed Services, small gardens, landscaping, light fixtures and an engraved paver pathway winding from the parking area to the various points of interest.
