Westin Book Cadillac Hotel—Detroit

Westin Book Cadillac Hotel—Detroit The Westin Book Cadillac Detroit opened in October 2008 following a massive $200 million historic renovation. The Italian Renaissance style hotel originally opened in 1924 and was liquidated in 1986.

The 32-floor property features 453 elegant guest rooms and various residences, as well as 30,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space, and the Westin's full range of refreshing amenities and services.

The exterior of the hotel was completely restored to its original grandeur by taking great care; damaged details were repaired by a team c Michigan-based crafts-people and artisans.

The hotel is part of the Washingtc Boulevard Historic District. The return of the Book Cadillac to Downton Detroit major step in the continuance of the City's revitalization.
